Postcard From Positano

The Amalfi Coast has quickly become one of the most coveted holiday destination's this year and after visiting, I can see why. Positano seems to be the most popular places to visit along the coast and it was truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. A sea of terracotta houses built into the cliffside gives a spectacular view over the town, looking out into the glistening ocean.
We were staying just a 40 minute drive away in Sorrento and easily hopped on the bus there for the day. We got off the bus at the top of the town and were greeted with the most incredible views. We spent time admiring the view before walking through the street's and down through the little stairway's to get onto the beach.
Once we arrived at the beach, we were left with the most incredible view behind us of all the houses built high up into the cliffs. We spent the day on the beach, enjoying the view's and basking in the sun. We had dinner at one of the restaurant's next to the beach, before chilling on the beach until the sun set over the water and the houses behind us slowly lit up. It was such a lovely day.
I wore the cutest little tea dress from Nobody's Child that I found during a last minute holiday shop on ASOS. I took my basket bag from Primark and wore my woven beach hat from South Beach Swim, also purchased on said last minute ASOS shop. My sandals are from Boohoo and my sunglasses are from Topshop. I have linked them all below if you wish to shop!

Have you ever been to Positano? What is the most beautiful place you have ever visited?

Until next time, Lauren Rose xx
